Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Manage tender portals and ads, collect exhibition customer lists, and follow up.
  • Sales Calls: Execute a high volume of outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce our products/services and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales potential.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads using CRM software. Proficiency in Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to effectively convey the value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and field sales teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns. Plan and conduct customer visits as needed.
  • Reporting: Regularly provide sales forecasts and detailed reports to the Commercial Manager on activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to contribute to product development and enhance customer satisfaction.
